Thanks to Nicole’s passion for seeing her client’s succeed, as well as her tireless work ethic, she has been fortunate to have built a loyal following of repeat and referral clients. She began her career in hard money lending in August 2017 and since then, she has exceeded 26 million in sales and cultivated countless amazing relationships with real estate investors and industry partners.

 

Nicole has a history in real estate that dates back to 1999. She began her career as a full-time investor that focused on renovating properties and creating a portfolio of single-family rental homes throughout the Atlanta metro area. In 2004 Nicole opened a residential mortgage company that provided various products such as FHA, Conventional, VA and USDA loan to home owners in Atlanta, GA. Nicole obtained her Real Estate licenses to sell real estate in 2005, but her passion always remained on the lending side and that is what she specializes in. When an opportunity arose to enter into the hard money space, she opened that door and has not looked back, closing more than 155 transactions since the end of 2017, totaling in over 26 million in sales.

 

Nicole has earned her name in the industry as a “Closer” and if you had a conversation with her she would be the first to say “by no means am I perfect” but she will do her very best to analyze her client’s deals on the front end to provide the highest probability to have the greatest return on investment. Nicole considers her client’s friends and family and that is why she spends so much time on the front end of the deal to provide a smooth and seamless process getting her clients to the closing table.

With well over 20 years of customer service experience, Maureen has developed the ability to truly serve our clients. We can always depend on her to diligently resolve concerns and going above and beyond to make sure our clients are more than satisfied.

 

Maureen serves as the Office Manager and Closing Coordinator for the company. She handles the day to day operations of the business; providing support to the staff as needed. She also plans and organizes company events and classes. Maureen coordinates and manages loan closings and acts as the liaison between all parties including borrowers, attorneys, title companies, insurance companies, capital partners, senior loan processor and account specialist.

 

When she’s not working the business, you can find Maureen volunteering with a non-profit youth leadership foundation, doing community service, planning/decorating events and traveling.

April Scott always understood the value of hard work and dedication. As a Loan Processor with over 10+ years’ experience, and 35+ years of customer service, her own hard work has certainly paid off in spades. Her ability to make her clients feel at ease, as well as her ability to think outside the box has earned her a stellar reputation among her clientele. April also owns a tax consulting company with over 300 plus clients that rely on extensive knowledge and accuracy. In 2014, she received her real estate license and has over 35 million in sales due to her enormous success and growth to her strategic alliances with realtors, who appreciate her commitment to service. April has enjoyed being a resident of Douglasville, GA for the last 10 years. While she’s not busy helping her clients, she enjoys interior designing, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Eboni Killian is not new to the world of real estate, with over 12 years of experience assisting buyers and sellers how to navigate the home buying/selling process as a licensed real estate agent and associate broker, she knows the ends and outs of real estate from both sides.

Over the last 5 years, she has spent her career mentoring new real estate investors on the fundamentals of real estate investing, how to analyze numbers, build the right team, as well as how to secure financing.   She has worked as both an investor-friendly Real Estate Agent as well as a Wholesaler, perfecting how to analyze the numbers on any real estate transaction to help secure her client’s return on their investments.   Her knowledge of the industry and keeping up with the fast-moving trends of real estate makes her the perfect go-to Loan Specialist for her investor clients. She prides herself on assisting them from the inception of the acquisition to the closing table and beyond.   Eboni has been teaching and training new investors in the niche of wholesaling real estate through her company, The Peach of Peachtree, LLC. for the last 5 years and continues to have a passion to help investors succeed.   When she is not assisting her clients or teaching new investors how to wholesale, Eboni loves spending time with her family, friends and traveling.

Demetria White is no stranger to real estate. Her successful career as a real estate industry professional began immediately after graduating from Wright State University in 1997. Upon relocating from Dayton, OH to Atlanta, GA, she was introduced to the fast-paced world of mortgage banking. She quickly rose from loan processor to independent loan officer where high volume and client retention were her areas of strength. Demetria’s reputation quickly grew and she became the go-to loan officer for many Atlanta investors.

 

Witnessing the financial success of her clients, Demetria formed an investment company and focused her attention on buying and selling residential foreclosed properties. During the 2008 crash, a commercial business opportunity presented itself. Demetria seized the opportunity and entered the commercial real estate arena. Her background spans across; residential, commercial, and real estate investing.

 When she’s not diligently helping her clients, Demetria enjoys spending time with her family, interior/event decorating, watching movies, and traveling.
